The Experience We Bring to Your Case
David Richter has been licensed as an attorney since 1995, handling family law, real estate and probate matters. A former special agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations, he has nearly 30 years of military service, primarily in law enforcement and medical administration. Because his tenure as an OSI Special Agent kept him so connected to the criminal justice system, entering the practice of law in 1995 was a logical next step.
Mr. Richter practiced law from 1995 to 2000 and then served as an active-duty medical operations officer for a Minnesota-based military anti-terrorism unit. Attorney Richter returned to law practice in 2008.
We offer discounted fees to men and women serving on active duty, in the reserves, or who are retired military or members of the Minnesota National Guard. We also provide legal services free of charge to individuals who are junior enlisted personnel (E-1 through E-4) in Operation Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom, based on current workload. We also offer discounted rates to licensed law enforcement officers, certified fire fighters, and emergency medical service (EMS) personnel.
